OEM / ODM Suggestion :
1. Material Selection: Choose 304 stainless steel for coastal/chemical environments (corrosion resistance) or cold-rolled steel with powder coating for general industrial use (cost-effective). Thickness recommendation: 1.2-2mm for cabinets under 800mm, 2-3mm for larger enclosures.
2. Viewing Window Specifications: Use tempered glass (thickness ≥5mm) or polycarbonate (PC) panels (for impact resistance). Ensure IP65/IP54 rating for the window seal. Window size should cover 30-50% of the door area for optimal visibility without compromising structural integrity.
3. Heat Dissipation Design: Integrate louvered vents or filter fans if internal components exceed 300W heat output. Position vents away from the viewing window to prevent condensation on the glass surface.
4. Mounting Configuration: Pre-install DIN rails (35mm standard) and panel mounting plates inside. For outdoor use, add a sunshade overhang (≥100mm) above the viewing window to reduce glare and UV exposure.
5. Safety Features: Include lockable latches (padlockable optional) and ground terminals.
